North east monsoon has intensified once again with a trough over the Indian Ocean. We all welcome rain in this region but with the drainage system available in the city and water clogged streets the scene of more rains means a nightmare-in-waiting. Remember! only a few months ago, people in this part of the world conducted "donkey marriages" to please the rain god. Now,the same rain god is seen as a villain.
