Being rigid does not improve things in one's life. Always be accommodative to others. In other words,you should not pinpoint mistakes of others because that would alienate you further.In fact,you could take advantage of other's wrongdoings. As they would not be in a position to resist you (since you've accommodated them) .you can also indulge in shoddy work. As you increase your network one day you will become a leader of the gang.
