This is the common feature after every Diwali. Unable to cope with the sound of the bursting crackers the "pet" ones run away from the house. Since , the "running-away" decision is taken under panic they generally don't return to their "masters". Not used to the new environment they remain starve in the streets. This phenomenon is applicable to "pet dogs" not for the road side mongrels. As they live by the street they know every trick to avoid "crackers-fury".
In fact, these ''mongrels" welcome the lost ones into their fold or their pack. It is up to the " facilitators" job.
You may ask who these facilitators are? They are none other than the lost ones of the earlier Diwali(s).
Over a period of time, this newly included member would lose its "pedigree characteristics" and it would become one among them.
This ultimately paves way for a new generation , rather a new BREED.
