My encounter with leak started when I was a 10 year old boy. That was a time I was introduced to fountain-pen writing. I still,remember that I bought Hero pen for Rs.25/- . Since I was naive in using pen I didn't use the pen "gently" . I had applied the same pressure which I used to apply it in pencil- writing . As a result, the pen nib started showing "teething trouble". But, I broke the pen in a slug fest that is a different issue altogther. Then, that pen started leaking profusely in order to "arrest" the leak I had invented my technique of cleaning the lower portion of the pen with a hard paper that had prevented the ink drops from coming out of the pen . With this invention I had succeeded in my mission to an extent.
