Indians are known for cacophonic nature they do anything with aplomb. To them, noise without life is like a fish without water. No where in the world importance is given to setting ringtones or caller tunes to the mobile phones . In this case, India is exceptional what has started as a melody- following has now the reached the feverish pitch they set "bizarre" tones in order to attract the people around u which often evokes laughter but, at times it draws the flak of others.
