The human beings are gifted with laughter. Whereas, the animals cannot boast of it . As a child, we all laugh without any inhibitions however, we tend to conceal the laughter as we grow older. The more one get away from the nature the more one going to suffer. Always keeping a poker face would not help one's life. The psychologists consider the laughter as a relief theory. We just use 13 muscles for laughter whereas we use 47 muscles for frowning. when it comes to sense of humor menfolk reacts far better than womenfolk. The women tend to react to a joke a little slower. That's why a lot of comedians are seen in the tinsel world. The women are hardly donning the roles of comediennes.

Even sages, have their suffix names as ananda for example, Vivekananda, chinmayananda, paramaananda etc. ananda means happiness so have laughter in your life. Some make derision laughter at your pathetic state for them I can say only one thing the end would justify who really had a last laugh.
