We always assume ourselves to be great. Every small chance is used to belittle others. Particularly, only the known ones are " soft targets". Because they are the ones who can withstand our fury. As a result of our arrogance, we often fail to understand the reality. Contrary to the perception, our so called " soft targets" adapt to the newer environments and they start bullying us. It is our ignorance which had clouded our vision to see things as it was.......

Only action!

The opportunities won't come in one's life that easily. we ought to slug it out. In other words, with our grit we create opportunities. By manipulating one's resources,we can also create a right ambience in striking the much awaited "opportunity". One has to master the art of jugglery so that right "resource" could be deployed to fetch a right result. At times, one has to behave ruthless in order to get the desired result. After all, this is a dog-eats-dog world.No room for any compassion only action is required to achieve our target.

What to listen?

Decision making is a complex issue. We overreact when we are supposed to maintain silent. We remain silent but the situation demands reaction. In these two scenarios, we exhibit indecisiveness. Actually, we make decisions either logical or emotional. Some issues require both aspects. One should strike a middle path. Almost all emotional solutions come from heart. For a rationale person, emotional acts look silly. Whereas, logical conclusion comes from brain. In many a time, it might be a right approach but, again it loses its mass approval. Hence, before coming to decision making let us construct a bridge between heart and brain.

Time counts

When good times prevail everything looks hunky dory. If the very same acts are done under the bad spell even a small deed looks like a monster. Hence, your acts are not measured by your endeavour alone but, also by some unmanifest forces. Curse it on time.

Yours is yours, mine is mine

Here there is no transferability of headaches( your problems) . Externally, it may appear that had I been in your situation, I would've had a cakewalk. All these analysisis, are hypothetical in nature. Because our body and mind conditions are designed to cope with our problems alone. It is an illusion, which says that we are better capable of handling oher's problems. If at all, there is a transportability, we will revert back to our original set up. I.e. In that scenario, our newly acquired problems might just add more pressure than the existing ones.

Fear factor

In human life, fear plays an important role in shaping one's life. But, that doesn't mean that one should lead a fearful life. Give importance to fear and let it have its place.
Fear is an important weapon in the hands of blackmailers. Again, you cannot fool everyone always.

Its I versus HIM

The "I" attitude will envelope when everything goes as per the planning. Suppose, one faces a deadblock or logjam in any proceeding then that "I" attitude will get disappeared in search of HIM. Because as long as we enjoy this life we.are deeply rooted to this earthly life. The moment we face problems.then the reality strikes us to keep a.distance from the happenongs.around.us.

Strengthen your basics

Ability to think calm will take you to the threshold of success. Our mind will get agitated when it is struck by shock news. Instead of devising a greater plans, first of all, start undoing the lacunaes involved in the problems. Think like an ordinary person, by doing so, you will not get caught in the web of tension. And your desired results follow. . ... . .

Wanna be a comedian or villan

Taking up the combo role of comedian- villan will reward you handsomely. Because the opposite party will not be able to categorise you. Your approach would be quite perplexing. Sometimes your endeavour will not give you the desired result that time your histronics as a comedian will come handy. Even a small slippage gives you a time to recuperate yourself i.e. Plug the loopholes that which had impeded your path to success. In my opinion, donning the role of comedy-villan is a deadly cocktail.

All  attractive eatables are not good for your health.  In the same breadth,  all lacklustre eatables are not bad for health. Instead of looking for attractiveness,  focus on content. Taste is temporary whereas health is paramount. Don't compromise your health for.the sake of taste.

This question has to be asked everytime when someone praises you. Flattery is the easiest ploy to pull down a person. The moment someone praises you a chemical called dopamine secretes in your brain. As a result, the person feels that he is the king of all. So, in order to avoid from falling into their trap,  ask the question Do I deserve this? You will gain a clarity.

Defer your laughter

In this fast-paced era, where is the time to laugh whole-heartedly. Instead of laughing, one could utilise that time to botch up another person's chances.
In this environment, we earn more when the lights are off. In other words, our "talent" is recognised " lights-off- door-locked".
So, thinking aBout laughter not right now,  if possible, we may think about it after crossing the age.of 60. I don't think the god will allow this generation to flourish that much considering the amount of sinful acts we commit. Now,tell me where is the question of secured life?. . .

A learned and experienced friend recently advised me " in order to beat the boredom you please cultivate some habits like smoking, boozing, philandering etc. Because human is a social animal. He cannot live alone. It is the duty of a man to give something in return to the society he live in. Offer some " hybrid solutions" to those who yearn for it.  Never shy away from "dilution". Your act of diluting will be seen as an act of your social contribution. In other words, your are enriching the society around you. Last but not the least, you will be surrounded by an erudite "gang". So, don't miss this chance,think wisely, and grab the opportunity that comes in your way".

Eye contact is an important one when you are interacting with others. It could give a complete history about one' s character. However, there are instances where direct eye contact is avoided
INSTANCE ONE : when there is a rule, where everybody has to obey it. But, out of your greed, you have done something wrong to a deserved person. However, you,ve come up in your life because of your under-cut practice. Suppose, that deserved person appears before you later in life. You simply cannot maintain a direct eye contact because your conscience will irritate you about your past.
INSTANCE TWO: when you kiss your partner(not always your partner) passionately,  your eyes and other person eyes remain shut.
In the instance one your eyes avoid eye contact because of guilty conscious. In the latter instance, you and the other person travel to the sublime state of ectattsy. Next time you better observe it while doing the act of kissimg. The moment you start observing the other person reaction will be "aiyyae, enna nee punnindu kere". Just try it!

Learnt from a lad

Human beings are susceptible to flattery. There is no age bar.  Be it a kid or an old nanny. Everyboby falls into the trap of flattery.

There is a peanut shop near my home.  In.the absence of the shopowner(most of the time the shopowner is absent) the shop is managed by a boy of fourteen years of age. From his appearance, it seems, the boy had never been to school. Though illiterate, the boy manages the shop wonderfully.
Everyday a boy of his age from the same locality would visit his shop in the evening hours. Initially, I was not aware of the intention of his visits. But, during his stay at the shop he would shower flattery at the shop managing boy with the intention of extracting a huge cut from the daily collection
Our shop managing boy remained rock solid showing no reaction to this flattery and continued with his work nonchalantly.
By remaining focussed our progress will not get hampered. There is no use in cursing the society around you because there are only like that.....

Why so keen about it?

Recently, I had been to a fair on healing process i.e. other than conventional medicine. A particular enclosure attracted a huge crowd. That made me curious so I went to that enclosure to see what was going on? The people just qued up to know their past life experiences. The enclosure was meant for regression therapy. In that busy schedule, the cheif therapist of that enclosure said " knowing the past life experiences one could unravel the present life problems". To my mind, let bygones be bygones. "forgetting" is the "balm"ing effect provided by the supreme power. Why do we excavate the "sore past" to fester our present life. Because of past karma you've taken.this life it is you alone responsible for your actions. Never boher about the past or the future stay present and enjoy the life as much as possible, If at all.

I remain innocent. . .

How long? Do you think that this world will allow you to remain in a way you've chosen? Do you think that the process of learning is over once you've completed your academics? You may want to remain innocent.But, Remember, the world you live in is not that rosy. Your education continue by way of experiences you gain in your lifetime. Having gained experience, yet, you still want to remain innocent which means you are hoodwinking under the garb of so-called innnocence. Let others beware of you.

Heed my words

Desire is unconquered one. The more you try to conquer it the more it comes. So, what  one should do? Get yourself tangled in something. Your weakness will be capitalized by your "masters". When selfishness is the order of the day you think that your positioned will be uplifted by a stranger. What a pity. You lose you own rationale and you simply heed his "advise" . One fine day you find yourself in a gorge.

Fill up before you leave

Because of our ignorance or greedy we often Land up ourselves in a wrong place. Then, as usual, we curse ourselves. Each product is defined by its shelf life. Likewise, we too, have a shelf life. Though, we may not be aware of that. But, our "masters" are fully aware of this phenomenon. Hence, in order to give us a gracious exit from their clutches they put forward a "deal" . Before you leave get someone to your "post" you make sure that the newcomer should fulfil the criteria just like you've fulfilled. In this trade, fulfilment is the prime "corporate governance"
I think this is the most irresistible offer to forego.

Preparation is the key matter in determining one's success. In our life,many a time, we feel demoralised if something happened unexpectedly. Be it tug-of-war or anything else,  once you 've prepared for it you've won the battle easily. Unpreparedness will make the sore deep and rot. Developing a resolute mind develops to whither any storm in one's life.

All flowers are not alike

Is there a class divide among flowers? Not really! Because each flower has got its own character.(just like humans) I've heard that there are some flowers found in AMazon forest which can kill flies. (again, just like humans) those flowers are very attractive, tempting. Its "victims" often think it just like any other flower will  come and sit on it. After a while, petals will envelope the victim. Flower and fragrance go hand in hand.WHat to say it is incomprehensible to understand nature's play i.e. not all attrActive flowers emit fragance. In fact, there are some flowers emit unbearable odour.  HEnce, it is always better to understand the world of flowers. (of course, this is for humans)

Is there an unadulterated friend?

Certainly,the books are our unadulterated frieds. They are our true companions. As they don't have any ulterior motive so they don't indulge in extracting mission. In fact, they take you to the transcedental state. The books never expect anything from you in.other words, they don' t expect any reciprocation.

Fence watchers

There are some people whose main assignment is to look out for weakness. They carry out this work as part of their routinue. In this assignment, you can't  expect immediate result because our "targets" may go off the hook. One has to develop steel of nerves to face the adverse situations. The associates should develop immense patience so that one can reap benefits in the course of time. My sincere advise is everyone can start this business as a pasaion. Afterall, we botch others oppoetunities by doing so we derove pleasure. Remember, our future lies in other's destruction....what are you waiting for start searching your targets.

When you have goals you ought to strive hard to reach it by hook or crook. You know your path and you also know your destination. But, you need the services of others. Not everytime you can take out money from your coffers to feed your cronies . You ought tore strategise your entire approach. The best thing would be to play on your emotional cronies. Stroke their emotions and flare up their feelings. Then you see the results yourself. .  .

Dirt is good

Times have changed. People used to inculcate cleaniness. In today' s world,Being clean is a drawback . there was a time fielders on the field wouldn'  t smear their trousers to save a boundary. Mixing up some baseball techniques into cricket, fielders take extra effort to save an extra run.  Not just in cricket, be it any field, unless you smear yourself you will not get what you want. Be prepared !

Childhood is cut short

With competition becoming the order of the day. The period of childhood has really been curtailed. Anxious parents are simply putting or dumping an immense pressure on their child. As a result, we witness 4 year toddler telling us " fed up with life" . No doubt thr IQ level of the children has gone up. At the sametime, lifestyle diseases are striking them at their earlier age. Walletbased education cannot inculcate the art of living. The need of the hour is value based education are we(parents) ready for it. . . . .

Back to tradition

Of late, people seem to yearn for " good old days" which means they are not in sync with the present. Have you ever figured out why we turn nostalogic? Because the present we live doen' t provide any fulfilment the mind seems to wande here and there. There are some moments which we really cherished . Simply recalling those moments we are actually balming our " bruised present.

From cradle to crematorium.......

........the time gap between these two stations is called one's life. The life gives us experiences. Actually, it is a roller caster ride. No moment in static. At the end of the period, when you apply stock taking process to your life your end result would be depression. There are no permanent happiness or an eternal unhappiness. During the lifetime, we often get stuck in the rat race -----without any target.(I get into this rat race because that's how I 've been told to do so)

To show our superiority we need only those who obey orders diligently. Otherwise, we cannot grow .As we rise higher levels we badly need back-up support. Hence, it is essential to groom up some cronies around us.

These days even cronies are not easily availabile. They demand monetary benefits to '' kowtow '' us. Every time they bow before us there is a fear pops up to say ''

could this moment be our last monent''? To bring them to our fold we used to castigate them every nook and corner. Gone are Those days. These folks are far worse than our folks. Yet! we cannot live them they are very much integral part of our system.

Its all how you handle it.......

There are two sets of people.
Category 1: These people enjoy all benefits ,more than their abilities
, in most of the cases they simply snatch away the benefits which are
due to the competent persons. Yet, they keep a poker face as if the
entire world has turned against them.

Category 2 : These people are deprived of their legitimate rights. In
fact, they are dexterous (probably, that could be the reason for their
deprivation). On the contrary, they keep a tension-free expression
when they interact with others.

Hence, it is not the status which determines your character. There are
certain things programmed in DNA which cannot be changed
irespective of "concession" offered to them.

The much delayed Mobile Number Portability was launched a fortnight ago. The customer can migrate to a better service provider without changing the mobile number. Sensing this opportunity almost all private operators have started advertising "come to our network" except two Government -run -operators, BSNL and MTNL.

In my opinion , all private sector operators seems to have don the role of proselytizing . Their aim is to provide a quality "service" (read salvation) .The migrating flock should verify the services before being baptized they must satisfy themselves whether the migrated network would provide them a better service. Whereas, State run enterprises have taken the role of oriental religions because they don't believe in "conversion" after all, they know what kind of service they offer to their customers.

vegetable pooling method

To beat this food inflation , instead of taking one vegetable a day start taking different vegetables in a small quantity. Because that could offset the vitamin deficiency . First of all, set the daily budget for vegetables . Make sure you don't exceed that budget. Instead of avoiding certain vegetables , start consuming all vegetables within that budget (as far as possible). Certain shift in food consumption could also mitigate the "bites" of the inflation. People can try millets, rye,oats etc.

Easy burn out

When we pin hopes on somebody to perform " you are actually doing a disservice to that somebody". Any act or work done under too much of spotlight would be a failure.Because a man cannot give out his fullest potential when performed under a "pressure cooker" condition.

Once a "mother' monkey gave a few seeds to its infant to sow it , urged it to take adequate care and make sure it grew into a big tree. As per advise, the infant did the same as it was told by its mother. Every day it watered that portion of the land where the seeds were sown and cleared the bushes around that area. This process went on for months yet, there was no sign of any sprout . The infant got depressed and complained to its mother . The mother verified some facts from its infant. "Did you water the sown area regularly? Was there ample sunlight? Were there any trouble from the rodents? For all these questions,the infant gave appropriate replies. At last, "Every day after watering the seeds I pick out the seed from the soil to see whether it has grown or not" the infant said.

This suggests that we don't have patience we constantly shuffle our priorities as a result, we don't see any progress in our endeavor.

Have a close watch!

It is imperative to keep a tab on our adversaries because the market is changing rapidly . It has become totally unpredictable. something should be kept for the long term purposes. Whereas something should be en cashed then and there. If you do not take action somebody out there is willing to do your job. And you will be ejected from the project. Remember,there are so many "undertakers" waiting for a chance.

அடுத்தவன் ஜோலியே பார்த்துக்கொண்டு இருந்தால் நம்ம ஜோலியை யார் பார்ப்பது அதுவும் அவனக்கு தெரியாமல் பார்பதில் ஒரு குஷி !

சில நேரங்களில் நாம் செய்வது தப்பாக தெரியும் காலம் கடந்து பார்த்தல் அதுவே அந்த நேரத்திற்கு உகந்த செயலாக இருக்கும் . எல்லாம் நாம் பார்க்கிற பார்வையில் இருக்கிறது.

Mami is passe . With almost 60 to 70 percent mami daughters in our fold. Our next target is abhistus(mami sons). Time to start from the scratch. Because as I had already mentioned playing with abhistus is a different ball game. Never ever take (head-on)abhistus on their home turf because that remains their ultimate bastion. Work place is a waterloo for almost all abhistus because they will not be in a position to go without work fearing backlash from the home front and defending recalcitrant sister (ego charged sisters) will be a double whammy.

To tame the abhistus, "FRIENDS" play an important part. They ought to counsel them about the benefits they reap after the "mix-up". Once again, we should harp on veththa kozumbu " kind of stuff to instill fear on them about their impending poverty days and a bleak future, if they remain steadfast with their outdated ideas . Over a period of time, our campaign will pay off handsomely. Our job is to bring in "cotton" and "fire"closer and the rest will be taken care by the நடுரே.....
