More Idllis........

Sometime ago I blogged about idly features. Recently, I came across an article which said that the food item idly was found in the sangam period (as I mentioned it). they were using urad dal but only different the idlies were not steamed. The concept of steaming came from Indonesia. Because in those days, the then Tamil Nadu was an important trade centre in the world map.
