Venerate womenfolk

The other day I was attending a teachers meeting in a school. A prominent IAS speaker spoke on the function.He was talking on the women role in moulding the children's character. He cited an example stating that womenfolk played an important role domesticating around 14 animals around us. But, she is still struggling to domesticate the menfolk .
