Forlorn ones

This is the common feature after every Diwali. Unable to cope with the sound of the bursting crackers the "pet" ones run away from the house. Since , the "running-away" decision is taken under panic they generally don't return to their "masters". Not used to the new environment they remain starve in the streets. This phenomenon is applicable to "pet dogs" not for the road side mongrels. As they live by the street they know every trick to avoid "crackers-fury".

In fact, these ''mongrels" welcome the lost ones into their fold or their pack. It is up to the " facilitators" job.

You may ask who these facilitators are? They are none other than the lost ones of the earlier Diwali(s).

Over a period of time, this newly included member would lose its "pedigree characteristics" and it would become one among them.

This ultimately paves way for a new generation , rather a new BREED.

Negative publicity pays off.....

How to become famous? This is the most pertinent question which makes this generation restless. Even parents pushing their children to the wall. They want them to be famous at any cost. Without sensing the consequences the parents simply grind them beyond their abilities.

There was a time when parents used to hush-up all wrong doings of their children. Gone are those days. Nowadays, every bad character of the child is seen as a "extra curricular activity". In fact, they even encourage them. Moreover, they cannot reprimand them as they themselves did not follow any moral instructions handed out by their parents. No matter which path you choose as long as you become famous in your circle.

Definitely, the end will not justify the means.

oops! I should' ve rephrased the question

After a brief period I met a woman (my acquaintance). Casually, I asked her " How is your business ?" The moment I had finished my asking that woman started lamenting her story . In her words " These days none of my "clients" want my " services" they say that I am already over the hill and they recommended me to raise a " team" and I should be self appointed as a "non-playing" captain of that team. They think that I've reached the stage to "correct" the techniques of the generation next."

Slowly I came to know what she was referring to?i.e.her 'business".

There is an island inside each one of us.

We normally don't project our true face to others. Human being cannot function alone. Blame it on the evolution process. In the animal kingdom, the animals live in a flock or herd. Hence, the human beings have inherited the concept of living in a group from our "ancestors".

Within a group not all members have a unified mentality. Each one of us waiting for a chance to pull down the other. Everyone is programmed that program me is called "YOUR-WEAKNESS-MY INVESTMENT" . The moment a member's weakness is exposed the other members would swoop down on him. The swooping down scene just reminds me of a savage harvest.

Yes! the human beings haven't forgotten the past. After all, his present has come from the beastly past.

Temples are over crowded!

These days every temple coffer is filled to the brim. Does it mean the entire society leading a honest life? No! The greed has overtaken the ethics . So, we adopt any method which suits us. When we go to bed we don't get sleep because our conscience irritates us. In order to jettison our sins we search for a "suitable partner" to share our sins. We naturally zero in on a gullible person who not only accept our sins but also give away some percentage of punya . There can be no better person other than our creator ----GOD.
